Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed financial services business to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner. The role covers a broad generalist remit across the full employee lifecycle in a rapidly evolving environment.

Reporting into the Chief People Officer, you'll partner with senior leaders to deliver pragmatic HR solutions that support business performance and growth. This is a commercially focused, advisory position with hands-on delivery.
