North Yorkshire Education Services (NYES) HR is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as the strategic HR partner for a portfolio of large Multi Academy Trusts, delivering tailored HR support aligned with organisational priorities.
You will work at a strategic level with CEOs and senior leaders, manage complex employee relations, supervise HR Advisers, and provide expert investigatory services as needed, within a flexible hybrid working environment.
