Strategic Head of SEND & Education Commissioning

Baltimore Consulting is seeking an experienced Head of Service - SEND & Education Commissioning for a 12-week contract with an immediate start. This hybrid role will allow you to lead strategic commissioning for SEND and education services, directly influencing outcomes for children and young people while ensuring value for money and statutory compliance.
