Strategic Growth Lead - Retail, 2030 Vision

Sainsbury's is seeking a Head of Strategy to shape the future direction of the group, reporting to the board and working across the Sainsbury's, Argos and Nectar brands. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with roughly two days per week in the London office.

You will lead 1-2 strategy projects at a time, manage internal teams and external consultancies, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
