Strategic FP&A Leader for Commercial Finance

Target Group is seeking a Head of Commercial Finance / FP&A in Cardiff. The role leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, managing a small team and partnering with CFO, ExCo and Board to drive value and commercial decisions.

This hybrid role reports to the CFO and requires a commercially minded finance leader with strong technical capability and a passion for continuous improvement.
