Strategic Finance & Legal Transformation Lead

IVC Evidensia in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance & Legal Transformation Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead day-to-day merger activity across the business, including restructuring initiatives in Belgium and Netherlands.

You will coordinate Legal, Tax, Group, GBS, IT and in-country HR and Operations, manage external advisors, and ensure delivery within timelines. The role requires ACCA/CIMA qualifications and a strong management accounting background.
