Strategic Enterprise CSM for NHS & Health Systems

Heidi Health Ltd is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Customer Success Manager to oversee its most complex NHS and private health system accounts in the UK and Ireland. This role involves acting as a strategic consultant to executive decision-makers, leading a cross-functional team, and managing a portfolio of 10 to 15 large NHS trusts.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in SaaS customer success, complemented by a deep understanding of NHS organizations and strong commercial acumen.
