Wickes is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join our ER team, supporting managers across the business with expert advice, practical solutions and a passion for doing the right thing. You'll focus on complex ER cases, investigations, and policy leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

In this senior partner role, you'll deliver data-driven insights, dashboards and strategic guidance to HRBPs, while upskilling managers on ER best practices and current UK legislation.
