Strategic Employee Relations Advisor (Hybrid - North London)

Morgan Hunt currently require an Employee Relations Advisor for Housing Trust based in North London on a Temporary basis. The role is 35 hours per week with hybrid working (3 days in the office) and a 3 month duration.

You will manage ER casework, provide legally robust guidance to managers and ensure accurate case documentation and reporting. Successful candidates will have 3-5 years ER experience, strong employment law knowledge, and the ability to assess risk while maintaining confidentiality
