Strategic Employee Engagement & Internal Communications Lead

ESB is seeking an experienced Employee Engagement & Internal Communications Specialist to lead engagement and communications strategy across the organisation as it transforms toward its Net Zero by 2040 ambition.

You will support senior leaders, design and deliver company-wide campaigns, and establish measurement approaches to maximise impact. The role combines robust strategy with hands-on delivery in a hybrid Dublin-based environment.
