Job Description

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to lead post-sales engagement for 5-6 major enterprise retail accounts in the UK. You will drive adoption of core hardware and SaaS products, partnering with Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, and executives to renew contracts and identify expansion opportunities.

This field-based role has no mandatory office attendance, with access to Bourne End and London hubs.
