Strategic CRM & Retention Lead - Ireland

NOW Ireland, part of Sky, is seeking a hands-on CRM & Retention leader to oversee campaigns and programs that grow and retain the NOW customer base. Based in Dublin, you will balance long-term customer strategy with daily CRM delivery in a hybrid setup.

You'll own the retention strategy for NOW Ireland, drive engagement across email, push and in product notifications, manage a small CRM team, and partner with product, finance, data science and analytics to deliver profitable growth.
