Strategic Contract Lead for Housing & Property Programs

Hillingdon Council is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of planned works across housing, corporate and commercial properties. You will oversee contracts from procurement through to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and value for money.

You will collaborate with contractors and internal teams to drive performance, manage budgets and maintain high standards of service across all stages of the programme.
