Job Description
The FA is seeking a collaborative Compliance & Audit Manager to drive the development and embedding of robust compliance and audit frameworks across multiple FA operations. You will evaluate compliance, identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and shape the assurance framework in partnership with County FAs and delivery partners.
In this role you will lead design, embedding, and later delivery of assurance activities, ensuring standards are applied consistently and training programmes
