Strategic Commissioning Consultant Adult Services needed in Bedford, £434.73 per dayPAYE - Reference:

Key role to develop a specific commissioning strategy and ensure this integrates into current transformation projects and provides structure for all future commissioning guidance, vision and sourcing strategy.

• Required to create and own the implementation plan as part of this role liaising with all the key people.
• Ensure a level of monitoring is built into the strategy to cover for example but nor exhaustive :- implementation of new commissioning approaches; development of system capabilities; cultural change and collaborative working; population health outcomes; financial sustainability; service integration; patient experience and outcomes
• Provide guidance on how to support initial embedding of the approved commissioning strategy

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
