Strategic Commercial Director - Civil Engineering

Bracken Recruitment is recruiting for a Commercial Director with a strong Civil Engineering background to lead the commercial function for a £250m+ division. You will oversee a team of Commercial Managers, support bid and estimating activities, and report to the MD and Board on financial performance.

You will ensure target margins are achieved, manage contract processes, and provide strategic direction to drive profitability across projects and regions.
