Nuffield Health is the UK's largest health charity, committed to building a healthier nation. We are now seeking a commercially driven Strategic Client Director to accelerate growth across our most valuable corporate accounts.

The Role

This is a senior, high impact role focused on growing revenue, expanding client relationships, and maximising commercial opportunity. You will own a portfolio of strategic clients, driving account growth, cross sell, retention, and new revenue through innovative, value led solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth: Grow and protect annual revenue across key accounts, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Expand Accounts: Identify and convert cross sell and upsell opportunities across Nuffield Health services.
  • Lead Strategy: Develop and deliver client and sector strategies focused on sustainable growth.
  • Champion Innovation: Position Nuffield Health's capabilities, innovation, and market leadership with clients.
  • Win Business: Lead negotiations, contribute to tenders, and secure profitable new revenue.
  • Build Influence: Develop senior client relationships and strong internal partnerships to deliver results.
  • Commercial Ownership: Manage budgets, performance, and P&L impact across your portfolio.
About You
  • Proven senior B2B sales leader with strong experience in both account growth and new business.
  • Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts and selling more.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident operating at senior level, influencing decision makers internally and externally.
  • Strong understanding of business development and market led sales strategy.
  • Healthcare or complex services experience is beneficial, not essential.
