Strategic Change Lead - HR Transformation

Ministry of Defence is seeking a Business Change Manager (Inside IR35) for a hybrid contract up to 31 March 2027, based in London or Reading. You will lead DefHRS change activities, embed change into HR services, processes and systems, and drive adoption across Defence.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, readiness assessment and risk management in a large-scale programme. SC clearance eligibility is essential; preference may be given to candidates with active clearance and ability
