Job Description
Warwick District Council is seeking a Benefits and Customer Services Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support and customer service delivery across channels.
The postholder will work predominantly from home with hybrid and office options, lead two Customer Service Team Leaders and a Principal Benefits Officer, and drive service transformation through digital tools, data insights and continuous improvement.
