Strategic BD Lead - Submarines & Civil Nuclear (Hybrid)

Rolls-Royce plc in Derby is seeking a Business Development Lead to pursue and win new business within Submarines and Civil Nuclear Energy programs. You will coordinate campaigns from early solution development through bid and client engagement, working across Strategy, Customer, Government Relations, Technical and Commercial teams.

You will build compelling presentations and proposals, identify opportunities, and drive best-practice approaches while ensuring alignment and compliant delivery.
