Strategic AI Operations Lead

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking a Manager/Associate Director for Scientific & Strategic Operations (AI Innovation) to lead operations within the AI Accelerator. This hybrid role involves approximately 3 to 4 days a week in the office, driving complex cross-functional initiatives and supporting the Head of AI/ML.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree and possesses strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with a background in AI and drug discovery beneficial.
