As a Strategic Account Manager at Epsilon, you'll lead client servicing and delivery of innovative digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of top Publicis brands. You'll collaborate closely with agency teams and internal cross-functional teams to drive growth, retention, and revenue through exceptional service and strategic execution.

What You'll Achieve
- Support and work alongside the Client Development team to deliver top solutions and services to our expanding Publicis client portfolio.
- Manage media business across Tier 1 Publicis accounts, building relationships, educating client teams, and cross-selling products.
- Launch new campaigns, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment, including creating JIRA tickets and arranging KO calls.
- Collaborate with agency teams to gather necessary assets and info for campaign launches-creative tags, KPIs, tracking, etc.
- Support creative services with internal teams and agencies as needed.
- Access opportunities for career growth through online training, workshops, and peer learning.
- Develop skills in Digital MarTech, project management, sales planning, client services, and strategic business planning, positioning you as a key contributor to Epsilon's success and your professional growth.
