Strategic Alliance Lead - Insurance & Guidewire

Hybrid (UK-based) | Permanent | Competitive + Benefits

A leading global consultancy is seeking a Strategic Alliance Lead to help shape the future of insurance technology partnerships. This role will focus on driving go-to-market strategy and deepening the relationship with a key technology partner: Guidewire. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to unlock new opportunities and deliver impactful, tech-enabled solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy with the Guidewire alliance

  • Identify and grow pipeline across the insurance sector

  • Build strong relationships with alliance and internal teams to improve joint delivery and offerings

  • Lead marketing campaigns to generate demand and elevate visibility

  • Analyse performance to drive ongoing improvement and engagement

  • Represent the firm at industry events and partner briefings


What We're Looking For

  • Experience within insurance technology - ideally Guidewire or similar core systems

  • Strong background in alliances, GTM, pre-sales, or sales enablement

  • Solid grasp of the Guidewire platform and its business value

  • Clear and persuasive communicator, confident with senior stakeholders

  • Able to lead across cross-functional teams in large, matrixed environments

  • Good knowledge of the insurance and financial services landscape
