Strategic Account Manager - EMEA & NA Growth

SoftCo in Ireland is seeking an Account Manager for EMEA and North America to manage and grow an existing customer portfolio.

You will drive retention, expansion revenue and customer advocacy while partnering with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product Management and Executive Leadership.

This is a highly commercial role with responsibility for net revenue retention, renewals and ARR growth. A hybrid work model with access to the Dublin office is offered.
