We're hiring: Strategic Account Executive London (Gray's Inn Road) (Hybrid)


Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 from home)

Salary: Up to £65,000 + £35,000 uncapped commission

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Department: Revenue

Reports to: Senior Enterprise Sales Director

We're looking for a Strategic Account Executive based in London to drive growth across our most important customers. You'll lead commercial strategy, manage senior relationships, and deliver tailored solutions across our software portfolio.


What you'll be doing:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Develop and close complex, high-value commercial deals
  • Retain, upsell, and cross-sell Tes software solutions
  • Engage and influence C-level decision-makers
  • Use market insight to shape account strategies and proposals


What you'll bring:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales with strong revenue results
  • Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts
  • Confident negotiating and selling at a senior level
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills
  • Ideally, knowledge of the education or software sector
