Stores Operative

We are recruiting Stores Operatives for a 6 month fixed term contract at our Bishops Cleeve site. The role is part of the Logistics team.

• Support the day to day running of the Stores area, ensuring materials are accurately picked, stored, and issued in line with operational requirements and procedures.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive and inclusive team environment.
• Maintain accurate stock records within the ERP system while ensuring the stores environment remains safe, organised, and compliant with quality and HSE standards at all times.
• Support stock location processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the stores and logistics operation.

To be successful, you should have:

• Previous experience working within a stores, warehouse, or logistics environment, or be comfortable working in a fast paced operational setting.
• Organised, reliable, and proactive, with good attention to detail and confidence using computer systems and ERP platforms to manage stock and materials accurately.
• Experience within a manufacturing or aerospace environment would be advantageous.
• Enjoy working as part of a team, with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and flexibility.
