Salary & Hours:

• £13.71 per hour (18-20), £14.00 per hour (21+).
• Includes a non contractual £1.00 regional allowance per hour.
• 20 hours per week, available between 6 am and 10 am.

As a Store Team Member you will greet customers, replenish shelves and work across different departments from fresh food to seasonal items, always maintaining fantastic standards.

Retail here is fast paced and hands on, with no two days the same. Our stores are open from 6 am to 10 pm, so flexibility in evenings and weekends is required, while shifts are balanced to provide fair time off.

Job Overview

• Be the smile that makes a difference: Provide enthusiastic customer service, assist with product queries, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Teamwork makes the dream work: Water plants, bake fresh goods, stock shelves, and keep displays clean - supporting the team to maintain high standards across the store.
• Keep the momentum going: Take charge during the fill shift by unloading deliveries and getting stock onto shelves quickly.
• No two days are the same: Trained across multiple areas - handle tills, manage cash, restock shelves, and adapt to roles in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, approachable, and ready to make a real difference in store. You'll enjoy working as part of a team and helping customers have a great experience.
