Store Team Leader (Part-Time) - Community & Customer Experience

Co-op Digital in Belfast is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store, lead a small team on shift, and deliver essential services to the local community. You'll work on the shop floor, handle tills, and help drive member engagement with Co op membership.

This part time role offers a permanent contract with varied shifts including weekends. 30 hours weekly with overtime considered; you'll be part of a supportive team in a community facing environment in Northern Ireland.
