Store Team Leader: Drive Service, Growth & Community

Co-op Ambleside is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run daily store operations, lead a shift team, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves hands-on work on the shop floor, tills, and stock control, with a focus on merchandising and community engagement.

The position is part-time (30 hours weekly) with overtime, offering a permanent contract and a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, including evenings and weekends. Age 18+ is required.
