Store Team Leader: Customer Service & Operations

Co op Digital is hiring a Customer Team Leader in Melksham to oversee day to day store operations and lead a small team. You'll work varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends, with responsibilities across tills, merchandising, and customer service. You'll help drive community engagement and membership growth while delivering excellent service.
