Store Team Leader - Part-Time, Flexible Shifts

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader for a part-time role on an extended shift pattern, including early openings and weekend work. The role involves leading the team on shifts, coaching staff, and hands-on operation on the shop floor and tills.

You will drive great service, merchandising accuracy, and day-to-day store performance while contributing to community engagement and Co-op membership growth. Salary is paid hourly at £14.48 with 16 hours per week on a permanent contract.
