Store Team Leader - Lead, Motivate & Serve Customers

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Grasmere to lead the store team on shift, motivate staff, and deliver great service while ensuring smooth operations.

The role involves hands-on retail duties, stock accuracy, merchandising, and community engagement, with varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends. This is a permanent contract for 39 hours per week with regular overtime.
