Store Team Leader - Lead a Busy Team & Serve the Community

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Hereford to run daily store operations, lead a small team, and deliver excellent service. You will work on the shop floor, manage tills, and help with stock, merchandising and community engagement.

This role involves varied shifts including early mornings and weekends, with a permanent part-time contract and overtime opportunities. Customer focus and leadership are essential.
