Store Team Leader - Lead a Busy Shop with Flexible Hours

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader at our Wallingford store. You'll lead a small team on shift, coach colleagues, and run store operations hands-on on the floor and tills, delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role is part-time (24 hours per week) with regular overtime and a permanent contract. You'll support merchandising, stock accuracy, community engagement, and membership growth while upholding Co-op values.
