Store Team Leader - Lead a Busy Community Store

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store in Hartlepool, leading a small team and ensuring excellent service and smooth operations across tills, stock and store services.

You will work varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends, with overtime and a permanent part-time contract. The role offers store-focused responsibilities and opportunities to develop leadership and community engagement within our Coop network.
