Store Team Leader - Flexible Shifts & Community Impact

Co-op in Worcester is seeking a Customer Team Leader to oversee a small team across opening, closing and mid-day shifts. You'll ensure smooth store operations, support tills, and help deliver essential services to customers and the local community.

You'll lead by example, coach staff, and drive member engagement while promoting Co-op values. The role is 24 hours per week with overtime, on a 3-month temporary contract with a part-time pattern.
