Store Team Leader - Flexible Hours & Community Impact

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader in a busy community store. You will lead a small team, manage day-to-day operations on shifts, and ensure excellent service on the shop floor and tills.

You'll drive stock accuracy, merchandising, and community engagement while promoting Co op membership. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends with a part-time contract and regular overtime opportunities.
