Store Team Leader - Flexible Hours & 30% Discount

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Reigate to manage a small team in a fast-paced store. You will lead shifts, ensure smooth daily operations on the shop floor and tills, and uphold our community-focused service.

The role involves varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and at least one weekend. A permanent part-time contract with 16 hours per week plus regular overtime is offered. A 30% in-store discount is provided.
