Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a small team in a busy local store, based at Churchfield Way, Wye. The position is part-time (16 hours per week) with overtime and a permanent contract.

You will lead shifts, coach colleagues, handle tills, and support merchandising, stock accuracy, and community engagement. Aged 18+ with flexible weekend availability is required, plus a 30% staff discount and pension contributions.
