Store Team Leader - Flexible Hours, 30% Discount

Co op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in the Isle of Grain area. You will head a small team, manage day to day store operations, and ensure excellent service during 2pm-10pm shifts, including weekends. This part time role offers a permanent contract and scope for overtime.

You'll drive merchandising, stock accuracy and community engagement while supporting colleagues across post office, bakery or home delivery services as needed.
