Store Team Lead: Customer Service & Community

Co-op in Ilfracombe is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a small store team in a fast-paced environment. You will lead shifts, manage tills, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

This part-time role pays £14.48 per hour for 16-24 hours per week with regular overtime, offering a permanent contract, staff discounts, pension contributions, and holiday entitlement. Training and development opportunities are provided.
