Store Shift Lead: Customer Experience & Safety

B&Q Kings Lynn is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee a shift, ensuring a safe, welcoming and efficient store environment for colleagues and customers. You'll lead operations, deploy colleagues to maximise service and be the first point of contact for customers during your shift, while upholding safety standards.

We offer a permanent contract with a full-time equivalent of 36.75 hours per week, and a salary package including a pension and generous holiday allowance.
