Store Shift Lead - Drive Safety, Service & Team Energy

B&Q Wigan is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily shift operations, ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. You will coordinate team deployment and respond to customer needs with a focus on service excellence.

The role is full-time (36.75 hours per week) with a permanent contract. The salary is aligned with the store's pay structure and includes a pension, 6.6 weeks of holiday, and other employee benefits.
