Store Safety & Loss Prevention Specialist Flexible Shifts

B&M Retail Limited in Cambridge is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and store environments while delivering a welcoming customer experience. The role is full-time and permanent with shifts across daytime, evenings and weekends.

You will monitor store activity, operate CCTV, enforce safety procedures and conduct investigations into stock loss, theft, and fraud, while engaging with customers and colleagues to resolve situations professionally.
