Store Operations Leader - Online Orders & In-Store

University of Glasgow is seeking a Team Leader to manage GU Heritage Retail Ltd store operations, focusing on safe, compliant and friendly service, while leading a team and handling online orders when required. You will implement daily checks, oversee stock, coach colleagues, and respond to incidents in the absence of the Store Manager.

This is a full-time, 35-hour week role with a permanent contract and a salary of £14.84 per hour.
