Store Operations & Revenue Growth Leader

Polaris Consulting Ltd is seeking a Store Manager to lead site operations, including front of house duties, recruitment, security, cash handling, customer service, stock control, and implementing local marketing and advertising campaigns to grow footfall and sales.

You will be responsible for maximising revenue and margin while controlling overheads to ensure profitable trading, overseeing compliance, health and safety, and developing a cohesive team culture across shifts.
