Store Manager: Lead Team & Elevate Customer Experience

Bird & Blend Tea Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer-focused store operations on-site.

This 6-month fixed-term contract covers a 40-hour week, including weekends and some evenings, with responsibility for budgeting, marketing planning, and building the store's customer base. You will guide and develop a team, ensure exceptional in-store experiences, and drive sales targets while maintaining merchandising standards.
