Store Manager: Lead & Inspire High-Performing Team

The Works Stores Ltd. in Swansea is seeking a Store Manager for maternity cover with a 40 hour contract. You will lead and develop your team, drive commercial performance and ensure every customer enjoys a welcoming, well-run shopping experience.

You'll own all store operations, including people, performance, standards, service, stock, and health & safety, while using data to inform decisions, recruiting and training new colleagues, and maintaining visual merchandising to inspire customers.
