Store Manager (Full-Time)

de Savary London is seeking an experienced and confident Store Manager to lead our upcoming pop-up store in Chelsea. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated retail professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is comfortable taking ownership of store operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

Location: Chelsea, London

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Temporary (approximately 6-8 weeks)

Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day store operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance
• Manage stock levels, merchandising and inventory organisation
• Maintain high visual and operational standards throughout the store
• Open and close the store independently
• Support pop-up events and activations where required
• Provide regular feedback and insights from customer interactions

• Confident working independently and taking ownership of a retail space
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high footfall
• Passion for premium fashion and luxury customer experiences is desirable
