Store Manager (6-Month Temp) - Lead Growth & 25% Bonus

Crown Paints is seeking a Store Manager to join our team in Newbury Park for a 6 month temporary contract. The role is full time, 40 hours per week (7am-5pm, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays 8am-2pm) and salary is £30,000-£35,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.

You will lead a small team, build relationships with customers, drive sales targets, manage stock, and contribute to store performance through proactive planning and decision making.
